    Brilliant Rewards offers a single social platform for you to create your own loyalty program and let your customers earn points for rewards. It’s completely digital and includes an app for your business and the customer as well as web portals to easily manage your loyalty program.

    Brilliant Rewards is an innovative loyalty app that is affordable, easy to use and completely digital to help your business compete in the increasingly mobile society. It allows you to build an information database of customers that includes not only their email address but also important data relating to their buying behaviour. The Brilliant Rewards customer app eliminates the need to carry plastic and paper loyalty cards in their wallets – it let’s customers manage all their loyalty programs in one place.

  • How do I use Brilliant Rewards?

    It’s simple: Add the customer to your loyalty program and start rewarding them. Encourage them to join Brilliant Rewards and download the app to get the full benefits of the scheme.

  • What is in it for me?

    Loyalty programs increase both the value of your customer relationships and your revenue. According to The Loyalty Effect, a 5% increase in customer retention can increase profits by 25 to 100%. That’s what you are offered from Brilliant Rewards. No longer do you need to issue plastic cards or vouchers and manage your loyalty program manually. With the easy to and fun to use app, you can reward your best customers and encourage them to keep coming back.

  • Why do customers need to submit an email address and mobile number?

    Brilliant Rewards accounts are linked to the customer’s email address and mobile number so if they lose their unique loyalty code they don’t lose their points.

  • What rewards do my customers get?

    For now customers get money off their next purchase. We are continuously improving and adding new features to the app so more rewards will be added over the course of time.

  • Are the points shared by multiple merchants?

    No - the loyalty program is specific and customised to each merchant. But being part of the Brilliant Rewards network offers businesses great opportunities such as the ability to reach new customers, get more exposure and even increase bookings.

  • What is Brilliant Rewards?

    Brilliant Rewards is a a universal loyalty program that you can use at multiple participating businesses and earn points at each business. Join Brilliant Rewards and download our app ‘My Brilliant Rewards’ to get all the benefits of the scheme.

  • How do I join Brilliant Rewards?

    You can join Brilliant Rewards by clicking here or by downloading and signing up from the app.

  • Do I need to join Brilliant Rewards to access my individual loyalty accounts?

    No, although we recommend that you do in order to get all the benefits of the program. You can access your individual member portal by clicking here and signing in with your unique reward code and email address used to sign up at a particular merchant.

  • How do I earn points?

    Earn points by checking in to a Brilliant Rewards business on your mobile app (which will need to be approved by a member of staff) or on the in-store tablet. Redeem rewards at the location.

  • Can I redeem my points in any Brilliant Rewards business?

    No. Points are specific to each business and can only be used for redemption at that location.

  • Why should I join Brilliant Rewards?

    Although you can access your individual loyalty accounts through the member portal, you will only get the full benefits of the scheme if you join Brilliant Rewards and download the app. Doing that will let you manage all your Brilliant Rewards loyalty accounts in one place, earn loyalty points at your favourite businesses, receive exclusive offers from your favourite businesses and participating businesses and even book restaurant tables and check-in to the business remotely.

  • Why should I download the app?

    You can use the customer portal to see your points, transaction history and edit your profile but you can do a lot more on the App like receive exclusive offers from your favourite businesses and participating businesses, book restaurant tables and hotel rooms, check-in to the business remotely, engage in social media and more.

  • I am still feeling confused - can you take me through the whole process?

    If you have not joined Brilliant Rewards:

    1. Join the loyalty program of a Brilliant Rewards merchant either in store or via their website

    2. You will receive an email with a unique reward code for that merchant and a set of instructions

    3. You will have two options - Join Brilliant Rewards; or access the account for a specific merchant

    4. If you join Brilliant Rewards all of your loyalty accounts powered by Brilliant Rewards will be automatically added to your customer portal. Download our app to get the full benefits of the program

    5. If you chose to access your individual loyalty accounts you can do so by entering the unique reward code and email address used to sign up to that merchant. Should you decide to join Brilliant Rewards at a later stage all your loyalty accounts will be synced and automatically added to your account.


    If you have already joined Brilliant Rewards:

    1. Join the loyalty program of a Brilliant Rewards merchant either in store or via their website

    2. All your loyalty cards will be synced and automatically added to your customer account

    3. Download our app to get the full benefits of the program.

  • Can I join Brilliant Rewards even though I am not a member of any participating businesses?

    Yes of course - in fact we would encourage you to if you want to receive exclusive offers from Brilliant Rewards partners.

Account
  • Do I need the unique rewards code to add a program to my account?

    Yes. If you are unable to find the email with the reward code then you may request a new one to be sent by tapping the ‘resend reward code’ button on the App.

  • How do I earn points?

    Points are earned by spending money in-store. The amount you spend will be converted to the points according to the formula set by the merchant.

  • Do Brilliant Rewards points expire?

    Your points will never expire and can be redeemed at your leisure for as long as the business has its loyalty program.

  • How do I redeem points for rewards?

    You can redeem points for rewards at the location. Just ask the member of staff to process it.

  • What happens to my point balance after I redeem points?

    The point value of the reward is deducted from your total points. For example, if you have 100 points and you redeemed all 100 for a reward then your point balance will go down to 0. Or if you have 100 points but you only redeem 20 points, then you will be left with 80 points.

Loyalty
  • Do I need to use the same email address when registering to different businesses?

    You don’t have to but we strongly recommend that you do in order for your accounts to be synchronised.

  • How soon can I redeem points after being issued them?

    This will vary from business to business. You can find out the specific rules by selecting ‘conversion chart’ on the customer portal or app.

  • I forgot my password.

    In order to reset your password you will need to tap the ‘forgot password’ button on the App or on the portal. This will prompt you to enter the email address used to register. You will then receive an email with a temporary password.

  • How do I unsubscribe from emails?

    You can unsubscribe from emails received from Brilliant Rewards businesses by clicking the ’unsubscribe’ button found at the bottom of the emails and through the portal.

  • Can I delete individual loyalty cards from my account?

    You can’t delete it yourself but you can request it from the merchant.
